Ordering

All orders to be placed via web shop or email to orders@facepaintsuppliessa.co.za. See our courier rates here. After we received your order a pro forma invoice will be mailed to you with our banking details on. All orders are shipped from our Johannesburg Branch.

Payments

Payment is possible via EFT and direct bank deposits.  Proof of payment to be mailed through.  All payments must clear first before goods are shipped.  Mail payments to orders@facepaintsuppliessa.co.za

Shipping

Once payment has cleared, your order will be picked and packed.  Shipping will be the next working day after payment cleared, a courier waybill number will be mailed to you once the courier collected.

We will take utmost care to ensure that your order is picked and packed correctly before shipping.  Please make sure that you have the correct shipping address on your order before we ship it.

You will be responsible for the shipping cost to reship an order if an order is sent back to us because of an incorrect shipping address supplied.  Please double check your delivery address.

Products are not automatically insured.  You must carry your own insurance for parcels shipped.

Shipping Method Delivery
Overnight Delivery next day to Main Centres
Economy Road 2 to 3 working days

Main Centres are:   Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, George and Bloemfontein.

Regional areas:       areas falling outside the main centres.  3 to 5 working days Economy Road only.

Important Information About Deliveries

*If you live in a main centre and need your order before the weekend you would need to place and pay for the order by Wednesday latest.  (Payment needs to reflect in our bank account before the order can be sent out)  If you live outside a main centre, please ensure that your order has been placed and paid for by Tuesday latest.

*We CANNOT provide any guarantees with regards to delivery times.

Wrong Orders

You are responsible if you accidentally ordered the wrong items. Double check your shopping cart before checking out and once you get the invoice. Please contact us right away if you need to correct an order before we ship it. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the items that you want to return.

If we made the error we will rectify for you.
